Flexible Cancellation Policy: We here at The Byron appreciate that due to COVID-19 your travel plans may change. So for all arrivals in 2021 made directly with us we are happy to offer the following Flexible Cancellation policy:
Flexible and Standard Rates – free cancellation without penalty allowed upto 4pm on day of arrival
Non-refundable Rates – amend your booking by 11pm before the day of arrival to a future date without any change fee (room rate differential charge may apply).

In addition, we have implemented best practices and guidelines and have supplemented these resources with additional COVID-19 cleanliness specific guidance, training and information, consistent with our own high standards.

Rooms left empty for 24 hours between guests

New Covid effective disinfectant solutions introduced to House keeping
Hourly disinfecting and cleaning schedule for public areas implemented
PPE such as gloves, masks and Aprons provided for staffs
Deep cleaning schedule to be implemented as required
