A Gem of a Place

​"Currently staying at this hotel until Saturday.can't fault it. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. Two Tube stations nearby Queensway and Bayswater. Breakfast is continental and has a nice but small selection.Rooms are nice and warm. We are here in unfortunate circumstances, a family funeral to sort out. Staying for a week.All in all for what we paid it's a great hotel, and for the price I will use it as a base when I visit London. Fab little hotel. No noise from outside as it is in a side street just off Bayswater Road. Room 12,a nice room."

Great location, a friendly, comfy and clean hotel close to the heart of London

"Once again, the Byron Hotel turned out to be what we needed during our stay in London. The personal is friendly and even upgraded us to a larger room without extra charge after an arduous journey from Scotland. The location is pleasant with convenient access o two underground stations and bus routes whereas Hide Park is around the corner, if you look for a quick and easy escapade."

"Hotel just ten minute walk from Paddington station five minutes from queens way tube.Staff were excellent,continental breakfast more than enough,left luggage for most of the day when leaving and able to use lounge till my train time.Would recommend this for a short stay."

"We have just returned from the Byron,and had a very comfortable 2 night stay.Every member of staff we encountered is to be commended for their level of customer service.We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends.We will certainly return ourselves."

Charming hotel with a great location

"I was very pleased to have chosen to stay at the Byron Hotel for my recent trip to London a little over a week ago. The hotel is small, but very charming, I liked the interior and the old-fashioned style. It looks to be well maintained and the stairs and hallways are nicely decorated. The rooms are small but clean, the bathroom was a positive and above my expectations and the shower had more space than expected. Decent breakfast with a good choice of items considering it's a Continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly and polite and were ready to help us anytime. The hotel also looks very cozy and charming from the street and more so than the other hotels nearby. The location is excellent, really close to Hyde Park, tube stations Queensway and Bayswater and many good restaurants. It's not too far to walk to Paddington train station either, where you can go directly to Heathrow airport. ​"
